1996 – 2009: Rado Advanced Psychoanalytic Study Group, of Columbia University Center for Psychoanalytic Training and Research, on “Psychoanalytic Readings of the Bible and Related Texts.” The group met monthly, focusing on the Old Testament and Prophets, examining the underlying psychodynamic issues. Given psychoanalysis’ historical, and indeed continued, rejection or disinterest in things related to religion, this was a pioneering endeavor. (see later page)
